- All painters must have a steady hand and an eye for detail.
- Paint of exterior and interior areas of properties.
- Perform tasks involving varnishing or other surface covers.
- Perform post-project clean up of the area, paint supplies and equipment.
- Perform pre-painting preparation such as scraping, patching and sanding.

Must be an excellent communicator, honest and reliable and ability to work without supervision. Own tools and transport a must.
We pay an hourly rate, overtime rate and weekend rate is extra as well as a contract rate that is calculated according to the job specifications and requirements. Rates commensurate with experience.
